Where to find us?
Very easy, our office is located in the centre of Port Esportiu Marina de Palamós, 150 meters from the entrance, on the left-hand side.
Can I rent a boat without a licence?
Yes, we have boats of less than 5 metres in length that do not require any nautical qualification to sail with capacity for up to 5 people, all of them with solarium and bimini awning. If you want to sail with a boat of more than 5 metres in length and you do not have a certificate, we have experienced skippers who will accompany you.
Can I rent a jet ski without license?
Yes, you can rent a jet ski and drive it yourself. We offer guided excursions with instructor for people over 18 years old or over 16 years old with parental authorisation. The instructor will accompany you from another jet ski. 2 people are allowed per jet ski.
How do I book a boat?
It’s very easy! Select the boat you want > Check availability > Fill in your details > Make the on-line payment with your credit card. Then you will receive an email with the characteristics of the reservation.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book online up to 1 day before the booking date. If you want to book for the same day, you must call us or come to our office.
What time should I check in?
We recommend coming 20 minutes before your reservation to make the payment, the deposit, the signing of the contract and receive the instructions of the boat to be able to leave at the scheduled time.
What can't be missing in a rental day?
Towels, swimsuit, water for hydration, sunglasses, sunscreen and the desire to have a good time.
What equipment will I find on the boat?
All our boats are equipped with solarium and cushions, bimini awning, bathing ladders, mandatory safety equipment, as well as life jackets for the maximum occupants allowed in each boat. Children’s vests are available in our offices. The boats that require license are equipped with fresh water shower, bathing platforms, GPS, and music system with Bluetooth connection.
What is included in the rental price?
It includes VAT, mooring in Port Marina de Palamós, use of the port facilities, cleaning and insurance of the boat. Fuel is included in the boats that do not require a license and in the guided excursions by instructor with jet skis.
Where can I park my car?
Cans parked inside Port Marina the rate is 3 cents per minute. The rate for two full days is €12. You can check the parking rates on our website.
Is there a fridge in the boat?
All our boats that require license have a cooler without current connection so it will be essential to buy ice to cool. You will be able to buy it in the same Port Marina.
Can I change the date of the reservation?
Yes, in order to make a change in the date of the reservation you must give us at least 7 days’ notice. Changes are subject to the availability of each boat.
Can my pet accompany me on the boat?
Of course. We are a pet friendly company and are delighted to meet your pet. Consult the rental conditions for more information.
Can I do nautical sports with a boat that does not require a license?
Unfortunately, the power of these boats is not enough to practice any nautical sport with guarantees.
Is there a minimum age to practice nautical sports?
No, but we recommend the practice of nautical sports from the age of 7.
Can we make a special request?
You can ask for anything you want. The extras are not included in the price, but we can do everything for you. Just let us know and we will have everything you ordered to make your day the best day of your holiday.
What happens to the reservation if the weather is bad?
In the summer months it is not usual as the weather is usually good on the Costa Brava, but if this happens, we would change the day of the rental or issue a voucher with a year’s validity. We do not make changes due to weather conditions until the day of rental.
